Horrible customer service
- - Ordered a wedding dress but received a Large instead of Medium.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and was sent a Large instead of the Medium I ordered. They will not pay for the return shipping even though the issue is one they created.
The dress does not fit and it is not my error.
I paid for shipping on the original order and don't feel I should have to pay for return shipping. They offered a store credit and to keep the dress, but frankly I have no confidence in ordering from them again.

This company appeared to be within the US but products are shipped from China. I paid $20 extra for shipping but it did not come as fast as I needed it, due to the distance.
Had that fact been presented (at all) I would have ordered from a different site.
Now...the dress- OOF. It's eyelet fabric... on the bust section the 2nd layer is eyelet also and it was sewn so the eyelets matched ... right over the nipple area.
I expected maybe a peekaboo hole here or there, but there were MANY holes in that area and I would prefer that not be the case.
Typically this area would be stitched so they don't line up, so that there isn't exposed nipple flesh, or at least line it with a solid fabric.
I emailed to complain about this/return dress, & I got a condescending response in broken english, with refusal to give me my money back. This company sucks.

Missing delivery
